Financial Controller - Venture Recruitment Partners : Job Details

The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to help drive financial and commercial strategies forward. They also have a strong recent track record of internal promotion and would look for this role to develop into Finance Director over the next 18 months.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a team of three finance professionals
• Contributing to the overall business strategy, objectives, and business plan
• Providing financial support in areas such as cash management, profitability, and investment
• Presenting financial information to various stakeholders and conducting detailed variance analysis
• Ensuring timely and accurate monthly management accounts, annual financial reporting, and audit requirements
• Producing weekly, monthly, and annual cash forecasts
• Developing and managing five-year plans, annual budgets, and monthly rolling 12-month forecasts
