Financial Controller - Butler Rose : Job Details

Butler Rose is exclusively recruiting a Financial Controller for a fast-growing business based in Exeter. This is a permanent role which has arisen due to expansion and offers hybrid working.

Reporting into the Finance Director, key duties will include:

• Leading and developing the finance team on a day-to-day basis.
• Managing the financial operations for the business whilst also driving efficiencies and implementing controls.
• Managing the year-end audit process with external auditors
• Budgeting and forecasting, with regular review
• Cash flow forecasting
• Working on projects as required by the business
• Business partnering with non-finance teams such as sales and operations
• KPI monitoring and review

The successful candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who enjoys managing people and being part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business where you can progress your career.
