Description
- Oversee the accounting department's daily operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances
Profile
- Qualified accountant
- Strong tax understanding and experience
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Experience working within a SME/ hands on environment
- Any experience in a fast growing, PE backed business would be desirable
