A £20m turnover manufacturing company in Barnsley have a vacancy for a Financial Controller

Reporting to the Finance Director this role is responsible for the day to day accounting activities and managing 5 people.

• Monthly management accounts for 5 Group companies and reporting monthly financial results to the parent company
• Annual Statutory accounts and audit compliance.
• Managing the costing systems 
• Overhead absorption with regular monitoring of under/over absorption and labour efficiencies
• Customer & product profitability analysis
• Cashflow forecasting
• Budgeting & variance analysis
• Foreign exposure and hedging

You will be;

• Fully qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Effective communication skills
