Financial Controller

Location: Leamington SpaAvailability: Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking for your next challenge? We’re partnering with a well-established business to find a driven individual to lead their finance function and manage a small team.

This is open to both career interims and as a temp-to-perm FTC opportunity, ideal for someone immediately available or on a short notice period, ready to make an impact from day one.

Working pattern: Hybrid - 1 to 2 days a week in the office minimum Salary: £65,000 per annumQualifications: ACCA, CIMA, or ACA required

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting into a Head of Finance, support on all aspects of the company’s financial operations
• Lead and mentor a small finance team to deliver high-quality financial reporting and compliance
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
• Drive improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting
• Leading the financial integration following recent acquisition and realigning year end systems and processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant: ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
• Leadership Experience: Strong track record managing a finance team
• Availability: Immediately available or on a short notice period
• Proactive Approach: Ability to take ownership and drive positive change in a dynamic environment
