• Manage and develop a small, capable finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while inspiring excellence.
• Introduce cutting-edge processes and elevate the finance function, streamlining systems and delivering efficiencies.
• Collaborate across the business to provide strategic insights, enabling growth and identifying new opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor across the organisation.
• With mentoring from an accomplished Finance Director, you'll have the tools and guidance to grow alongside the business.

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA credentials with at least 18 months post-qualification experience in an industry role.
• A solid grounding in technical accounting with the confidence to tackle complex challenges.
• A proactive problem solver with a knack for uncovering growth opportunities and implementing impactful change.
• Adept at simplifying complex financial information and building strong relationships across all levels.
