Financial Controller - Radley Green : Job Details

Radley Green is partnering with a fast-growth business based in Central London to recruit their new Financial Controller.

The business requires an ACA Qualified (or equivalent) candidate who can join a fast-growth business and take ownership of all financial reporting, management accounting, development of systems and processes and management of full financial operations.

The business will pay £75k-£85k base salary plus equity and candidates will work 4 days a week in their central London office.

This role is to start ASAP.

The responsibilities include:

• Reporting into the Director of Commercial Finance,COO and Founders to own and run all finance processes.
• Full ownership of Financial Operations for UK and international businesses.
• Full ownership of Financial and management accounting, year-end statutory accounts and VAT/GST.
• Development of all finance systems and processes
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Work with senior management on imminent fundraise

The Senior management team see the role growing in a number of potential ways including:

• Building out an in-house finance team below
• Potential for progression through to Finance Director
• Take on a larger role in future equity raises
• Broaden the role out to take on full FP&A function

The role requires:

• ACA Qualified (or equivalent) and looking to grow as the business scales.
• The business operates in a number of international territories and so experience of working in a multi-currency business is needed
• Experience of development of systems and processes
• Strong controls and process experience
