Financial Controller - Communicate Recruitment Solutions LTD : Job Details

Communicate are currently recruitinf for a Tech Start-Up as they look to bring on a Temp to Perm Financial Controller. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial control for the company
• Work closely with the CFO, Management Accountant, and Strategic Finance to strengthen the Finance team
• Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Prepare and analyse reports for investors, the Board, and other internal stakeholders
• Oversee external consultants for UK audits and tax credit filings
• Drive process optimisation to improve efficiency, standardisation, and scalability

Requirements;

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Strong understanding of UK and US GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and automation software (a plus)
