Financial Controller, Chiswick £55- £65kpa plus benefits Our client, a true global force in their chosen industry, have created a Financial Controller role to support a seasoned Finance Director to help them grow to their next stage of development. The Finance Director is retiring and will offer the successful candidate a great hand over and will continue with the business on a non-exec basis. This role offers strong progression opportunities, with a platform to becoming a future CFO. The business has won multiple awards and offers a brilliant working environment. Key Duties:-- Preparation of monthly management accounts.- Download, analyse and prepare monthly sales from all platforms in multicurrency using excel.- Calculate VAT on sales where applicable.- Post and reconcile monthly sales, VAT, income and debtors. - Multi-currency bank reconciliations.- Balance sheet reconciliations.- Supplier payment runs.- Oversee monthly payroll.- Liaise with HMRC, banks, Accountants and advisers where required.- Preparation and submission of Quarterly VAT returns.- Supervise a small team.The successful candidate will be fully qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) and have a strong record of career growth and achievement to date. Those coming directly out of practice will also be considered. Please note this is a 5 days a week in the office role.
