Financial Controller - Arlington Resource Management : Job Details

Sole Finance Manager / Financial Controller - Hybrid (West London) - This privately-owned Property portfolio, commercial and residential, is seeking a Finance Manager / Financial Controller for a sole role managing its day to day and monthly finance / accounts function.

Reporting to the owner, the Finance Manager / Financial Controller will oversee all accounting and take responsibility as follows:

• Prepare quarterly management accounts for the Board and bank reporting
• Trial balance, P&L accounts, balance sheet for various companies / SPVs
• Bookkeeping on Xero, intercompany reconciliations, debtor/creditor control
• Tenancy / rental reconciliations / rental invoicing and property cost control
• Liaise with external accountants, preparing annual accounts
• Liaise with external property managing agents / transaction reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations and bank loan administration, liaising with providers
• Prepare VAT returns for relevant companies in the group

An experienced Accountant / Finance Manager / Financial Controller is required, with Property / Real Estate experience, to take full responsibility for day to day and monthly accounts. Attention to detail and a hands-on approach is key.
