You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and shape key financial strategies, while driving operational excellence through data insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare monthly reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
- Manage invoice/payable processing and tax compliance.
- Continuously enhance business models to optimise financial performance.
- Work with department heads to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with product teams to maximise financial and operational visibility.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to guide senior decision-making.
- Create best practices for financial operations.
- Support cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.
- Provide valuable financial insights to teams across marketing, supply chain, and inventory management.
Skills and Experience:
- CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified with 2-5 years PQE
- Consumer industry experience non-negotiable
- Proficiency with ERP systems, financial modeling, and large data analysis.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in inventory/cost accounting is a plus.
