Financial Controller Morgan McKinley is supporting a world-renowned organisation based in South Somerset, to recruit a Financial Controller. The RoleReporting into the Head of Finance, this role will lead and mentor the finance team, driving a culture of continuous improvement and change management. The role will have a broad remit and oversee transactional processing and the setting up of finance systems. You will monitor capital expenditure, prepare forecasts and oversee the management of treasury and cash flow, and there will be an opportunity to support projects with appropriate financial modelling, forecasting and analysis. You will also be required to business partner various internal stakeholders, and manage all aspects of financial accounting, management reporting and budgeting. The CandidateThe successful candidate for this role will be a Qualified Accountant with strong leadership and technical skills. You will have experience of working in a similar senior finance role, and experience of producing statutory and management accounts. The ability to work collaboratively and provide high quality financial support and analysis is essential, and some experience of project management would be beneficial.
