Financial Controller - £45 -50k - Education | West YorkshireAre you tired of being the numbers person who only gets consulted at month-end?We're looking for a Financial Controller who can do more than just manage the books - someone who can help shape financial strategy while building a best-in-class control environment.What's Actually Going On Here? We're an education provider that believes in making a real difference. Right now, we need someone who can lead our finance function while helping us navigate our strategic plans with sound financial governance.You'll Be Great For This If:

• You've got a CCAB qualification (That means you're qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or CIPFA if you've not seen those letters before!)
• You can translate complex financial concepts into plain English
• You've developed robust control environments and lived to tell the tale
• You're comfortable leading a small team and working with senior stakeholders
