• Shape Strategy: Provide actionable advice to the MD to steer business objectives.
• Drive Excellence: Strengthen internal controls and ensure full compliance.
• Collaborate: Work with all departments to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Lead Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
