Financial Operations Consultant - 6 Months - Private Equity - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

twentyAI are currently partnered with a prestigious Private Equity firm who need a Financial Operations Analsyst to come in for an initial six month contract. The business have grown at substantal pace via acquisition over the last few years and are continuing to do so and so they are making adjustments where necessary to manage the increased acitvity and responsibilities that are being directed at the finance team.  

In light of this, there have been some recent changes in structure across the group finance function which has presented the need for this hire as additional support is needed across accounts payabale and receivable. 

Responsibilities 

• Quarterly calls re cashflow with the FD
• Invoicing portfolio companies
• Multi-currency reconciliations
• Data analysis
• Balance sheet review
• Involved in treasury management (moving cash, checking FX)
• Maintains debt and FX inventory in the treasury system
• Manages vendor management
• Supports billing/recovery of cash from funds

Requirements 

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc) with post qualified experience
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Adapatable and excellent system skills are essential 
• Well established Excel skills
• Adaptable systems skills 
• Netsuite experience would be advantageous
