• Remote role - come to Croydon office a few days per month
• Manage £30m AUM of existing clients (pre-retirement age)
• £60k - £65k basic salary with bonuses on top

My client are a Chartered independent wealth planning firm with offices in Croydon who I have met and placed staff with in 2024. They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across the UK. In their current setup they manage the affairs of clients with assets ranging from £150k - £5m. The advisers consult on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections and some esoteric schemes.

The support team comprises of an experienced team of pooled Administrators & Paraplanners who are actively encouraged to progress and develop as both professionals and individuals via ongoing CPD and industry exams. They have dedicated Business Development Managers who generate new business for the advisers to tend to.

The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role for an experienced Financial Planner, ideally Chartered or close to it. The role will be to service a book of business amounting to £30m AUM. This role will suit a candidate with a background in an independent wealth planning firm who is preferably Chartered or aspires to work towards Chartered status. The clients are primarily at pre-retirement age and want a mix of face to face and virtual meetings.

• Salary: £60k - £65k (negotiable) + bonuses
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Fully remote role (come to offices a few days per month)
• Bonuses given over a validation (ongoing and initial advice fees)
• Full Paraplanning and Administration support from a pooled team
