Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch technical and administrative support to the Partner/Practice Manager
- Handle client queries with effective communication
- Prepare and manage compliance documentation, research, and supporting files
- Ensure all client identification and application forms are complete
- Accurately process and record management information
- Coordinate with product providers, advisers, clients, and third parties to ensure timely case completion
What They Are Looking For:
- Experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation (desirable)
- Proficiency with client management systems like Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
