The Company: Highly regardedSheffield based advisory firm who are looking to add an experienced and Financial Services Co-ordinator to the private wealth focused wealth management arm of their financial planning team.

Package: £25-27k base + annual bonus and full company benefits:

The Role: A focused administrative support role to a private wealth advisory team focused on servicing HNW private clientele. An overview of duties includes:
- Processing all new/existing business
- Financial Planner activity scheduling and client meeting co-ordination.
- Client on boarding including AML checks, client record generation and on-going records maintenance.
- Distributing all relevant internal and external applications, and actively managing the progress of the applications.
- Preparing client review reports with relevant supporting documents and processing the post review paperwork.
- Liaising with third parties regarding the transfer of stock and/or servicing rights and seeing these through to completion.
- Acting as the primary client interface for inbound/outbound queries from both internal and external Private Clients.
- Contributing to the development of the department in terms of service delivery, efficiency, compliance and effectiveness
The Person: Adviser Support experience is required - Ideally within an IFA, wealth management or investment management business.
- Required: Both new & existing business processing experience
- Required: Client relationship management skills for clientele sitting in the HNW arena; supporting advisers managing significant levels of AUM.
