Job Description :

We’re currently working with an award winning Wealth Management business, to recruit for a Financial Planning Administrator based in Marlow, offering a base salary of up to £30,000 (potentially higher for exceptional candidates).

The RoleAs a Financial Planning Support team member, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive support to Financial Planners, ensuring clients receive the best possible service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Financial Planners and their clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and support teams to ensure efficient administration that meets deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assisting with client bank management, ensuring data accuracy, client segmentation, and excellent service delivery.
  • Supporting the scheduling and preparation of annual reviews and client meetings.
  • Managing diaries, coordinating schedules, and booking appointments as needed.
