Our client is a well-established Firm of Chartered Financial Planners who now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented Financial Planning Support Administrator to join their thriving Business. Responsibilities

  • You will be providing research and report writing support to the Directors and Advisers, whilst assisting with complex administration matters for clients.
  • Undertaking research and drafting reports to enable the Directors / Advisers to provide advice to clients in all aspects of personal and corporate financial planning
  • Preparation of advice letters, annual suitability letters, valuations and aggregated cost tables
  • Implementation of new business
  • Research and review of new and existing legislation and technical/product information
  • Assisting with complex administration matters for clients' Self Invested Personal Pensions and Small Self Administered Pension Schemes
  • Assisting with client / general administration and general office duties when required
  • Support to the Finance Team when required
  • Project work when required
  • Researching and drafting reports and assisting with production of bulletins to professional connections
  • Assisting with and attending meetings / seminars for clients, professional connections, investment and insurance companies when required
  • Assisting with written communications for marketing campaigns
  • Attending regular training and competence meetings
  • Adhering to rules governing compliance and training and competence

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience within a Financial Services environment. You will have solid communication and articulations skills as well as the ability to multi -task
