We are pleased to be working with a Farnham based IFA Practice, on their search for a Financial Planning Support, to join the business.

We are looking for some one who can:

· Input client details onto Prestwood system

· New business administration

· Liaise with clients for new business information, Terms of Business, tax returns.

· File checking for completeness

· Liaise with product providers (e.g., for valuations, trusts, product terms)

· Help advisers with meeting preparation, new client packs, agendas etc.

· Supporting the Investment Proposition as necessary

· Involvement in wider company projects as appropriate

The role will, in time, progress to:

· Attend client meetings with adviser and schedule post meeting actions.

· Technical research

· Do fee estimates

· Build financial plans on Prestwood system

· Draft simple suitability letters

· Simple tax returns

Office based, Farnham, Surrey

Monday - Friday, 9-5.30pm

Salary: £32-34k, plus bonuses and profit share
