Financial & Project Accounts Manager - Property Portfolio - Hybrid - 3 days WFH | Extensive benefits

Market-dominant business services organisation have an opportunity for an accountant with a background in practice, financial services, or property to join their successful team.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage a team, and work closely with Directors and Senior Management on:

• Financial Management of clients portfolios
• Expenditure Management
• Annual financial accounts and returns
• Budgets and Revenue reporting
• Team mentoring and management

It is anticipated that to be a successful Financial & Project Accountant you will be able to offer:

• ACCA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in reviewing financial accounting and production statutory accounts
• Multiple entity or property portfolio sector experience or related experience
• Effective communication and time management skills
• A desire to develop your career and support your team members to do so

This role which is a management grade position is similar to property portfolio accounts manager, financial controller, and senior project accounts roles and offers:
