Financial Reporting Manager - Woking (on site) - Up to £65,000 + 20% bonus - ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.

IN2 Consult are partnering with a hypergrowth Financial Services firm on the recruitment of a Financial Reporting Managerto join their team.To paint the picture, our client are are a fast emerging Financial Services organisation with the opportunity for long term progression. We're looking to speak with experienced Finance proffesionals who have experience in the FS industry.

The key duties of this Financial Reporting Manager role includes:

• Collaborate with extenral auditors
• Assist with regulatory reporting
• Supervise and support FP&A
• Engage in system, process, and control improvements
• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts ensuring compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Maintain internal controls in place and drive any process improvement neccesary
• Monthly audit pac preperation
• Variance analysis of actuals v budgets/forecasts
• Preparation of consolidated accounts and annual report for all group companies.

The desired candidate for this Financial Reporting Manager role should have the following experience:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is essential for this position
• Fully adept with month close
• Technically adept with IFRS/FRS Reporting standards
• Audit preperation experience
