Financial Reporting Manager - Axon Moore Group Ltd : Job Details

Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a prestigious business near Bolton to recruit an ambitious Financial Reporting Manager into their high-calibre and first class finance team. This is an excellent time to join as our client is well positioned to see sustained growth, with a proven track record of success, and at the forefront of their sector.The role will suit an enthusiastic ACA/ACCA qualified individual, preferably from an audit background, who wishes to step into a varied and progressive role within industry, with the opportunity to drive change and make the role their own.Responsibilities include:

• Production of monthly management accounts and group consolidation
• Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
• Production of monthly forecasts and annual detailed budgets
• Overhead variance analysis and forecasting analysis on group and intercompany stock levels
• Sales, gross margin and discount analysis and commentary
• Develop group reporting dashboards using PowerBI
• KPI reporting
• ONS reporting and other ad hoc financial reports
• Environmental reporting for Group
• Management of foreign currencies including hedges
• VAT Returns, tax reporting and tax calculations
• Support the Financial Controller on ad hoc projects such as new business models and potential acquisitions
• Opportunity to support wider Group on M&A, change projects & internal audit
