The RoleAs a Financial Reporting and Advisor Supervisor, a typical day could include:
- Preparing high quality statutory financial statements
- Working with other members of the team to deliver coherent advisory services.
- Assisting clients with complex accounting regulations.
- Delegating tasks to junior members of staff, providing guidance and mentoring.
- Engaging with clients and building strong long-term relationships.

The Requirements and ProcessTo qualify for this role as a Financial Reporting and Advisory Supervisor, you should:
- Have a strong background in accountancy practice.
- Hold a chartered accountant qualification (ACA/ACCA).
- Have a keen interest in financial reporting.
- Be confident working with technology.
- Be a confident and professional communicator.
- Be comfortable and confident working with clients.
