Meraki Talent are working with an expanding Financial Services firm who are keen to speak to those who have come from a customer services background, where they have been providing customer administration and services support. The customer is at heart of this experience, therefore imperative applicants are able to offer a first class experience, while meeting SLA’s. This is an exciting time to join an expanding operation, who work collaboratively to achieve set goals. Key duties;
- Assisting customers with all aspects of administration support
- Receiving inbound customer calls
- Updating in house systems
- Providing support via Live Web Chat
- Working to set SLA’s and KPI’s
- Ensuring customer data is recorded accurately
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm.Initially office based, however will revert to a hybrid approach after the initial training period.This is a 6month fixed term contract, offering an immediate start.
