The Role:

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team, providing administrative support to Financial Planners and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team with the preparation of client documentation and reports
  • Handling client queries and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Maintaining client records and managing client databases
  • Assisting with financial planning applications and processing
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operational processes

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working in an administrative role, preferably within a financial services business (although this is not essential)
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Have a keen interest in financial services and a desire to learn and develop within the industry
