My client are seeking a dedicated Pension Administrator for our Bespoke division within the Customer Services team. This role involves delivering high-standard pension administration services to a variety of bespoke clients and assisting with Maes client processing during peak periods. The successful candidate will be a primary point of contact for allocated clients, understanding their processes and needs thoroughly.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of Bespoke clients, ensuring all duties of a Bespoke Executive are fulfilled.
  • Support Maes client work as needed, performing all duties expected of a Maes Executive.
  • Handle day-to-day team workloads including managing inbox inquiries.
  • Assist in training and development of peers, utilizing tools like inform+equip for monitoring and coaching.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, including changes in legislation and market trends.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new clients and new business for existing clients, ensuring efficient operation.
  • Administer group pensions, including data validation, auto-enrolment assessments, and payroll deduction schedules.
  • Liaise between pension providers, The Pensions Regulator, and clients.
  • Address employer and employee queries promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for added value and maintain compliance with regular audits.
  • Arrange and conduct conference calls and meetings with clients as necessary.
  • Manage and prioritize workload effectively, including volunteering for additional tasks during quieter periods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Customer Services role, preferably within pensions administration.
  • CII qualifications are desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
