Job Description :

As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will provide invaluable administrative support to the Financial Services business. You will be liaising with everyone involved in taking a client's mortgage from fact-find through to completion, be it brokers, lenders, conveyancers and of course the clients themselves.

THE ROLE

Key responsibilities:

  • Use information to complete and submit Agreement in Principles (AIP) and Full Mortgage Applications (FMA) to mortgage lenders for our client base.
  • Liaise with Lenders to ensure cases received, outstanding items are obtained and Valuation Instructed
  • Liaising with Solicitors on Offer to manage the case through to completion
  • Making and receiving phone calls to deal with client enquiries at any stage of the mortgage process
  • Proactively and accurately maintaining Workflow progress of each case on Midas Pro
  • Proactively managing updates and liaising with Advisers / Clients to ensure a first-class customer service

  • A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships and work closely with all types of people and businesses, from underwriters to administrators.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently within a team.
  • Able to work within defined business processes.
  • Awareness and discretion when dealing with personal client data and information.
  • Have a problem-solving attitude to avoid delays on workflow.
  • Organisation to manage your workload and prioritise tasks.
  • Superb time management, decision making and problem solving skills
  • You will need to be proactive and be able to use your initiative to avoid delays and keep an application going
