Rate : £240 - £250 per day

Are you an experienced Finishing Foreman / Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in a large residential development project? Look no further - we are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in Littlehampton!

Key Details:

Job Duration: ASAP to Dec 2024 / Jan 2025

Responsibilities: Overseeing second fix through to completion, snagging plots, managing sub contractors and labour, maintaining a high level of detail

Requirements:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
• Prior experience in volume residential projects
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to write up snagging sheets and effectively manage labor
