Fire Alarm Engineer - First Military Recruitment : Job Details

JR201: Fire Alarm Engineer  Location: Epping, EssexSalary: £32,000 - £38,000 Per Annum DOE + Company Vehicle & Overtime Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.  Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities: 

• To carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Fire & Security Systems.
• Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
• To co-ordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client.
• Fault diagnosis associated with the PPM or Reactive maintenance of the site.
• Manage workload and prioritise jobs appropriately.
• To provide reports in relation to work and equipment as required

Skills and Qualifications:  

• Qualified Fire Alarm Engineer
• Experience within the industry 
• Be fully experienced in fire alarms and have the certification to evidence this.
