Role: First Line Support Engineer
Location: Fully Remote
Contract: 3 Months - Outside IR35
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Managing incidents efficiently, providing timely updates and communications.
- Collaborating with third-party vendors to address and escalate issues.
- Adhering to service management best practices and utilising knowledge base resources.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience in first or second-line support for Microsoft Windows (10) environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking principles (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP).
- Proficiency in laptop setup and configuration.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online and Intune/Endpoint management.
- IT certifications (ITIL Foundation, Microsoft MCP, CCNA, CompTIA).
- Experience working in regulated industries.
- Previous Contracting experience (Preferred)
