Our client, supply specialist tooling for a variety of industries, they are currently recruiting for a Repair Technician/ Fitter to join their growing team!

Fitter Assembler Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing repair and final testing of Handheld hydraulic tools, Hydraulic power units (petrol, diesel & 3-phase electric powered), 2-Stroke petrol hand held tools, Electric powered hand-held tools, Petrol powered Floor Saws
• Respraying of repaired tools if requested
• Assembly and commissioning of hydraulic hose sets and hydraulic hand-held tooling
• Modify equipment based upon customer requirements
• General workshop & site maintenance and repairs
• Recording of repair assessments and parts required
• Prepare costing including required labour

The ideal Fitter Assembler will:

• Experience with servicing / repairing petrol and hydraulic powered tools
• Basic knowledge of petrol- and diesel-powered engines
• The ability to diagnose and problem solve issues
• Some computer skills would be an advantage but not essential
• Full UK driving license

Working Hours + benefits:

• Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
• 45 Minute Break
• Pension Scheme

• 25 Holidays + Bank Holidays - Increasing a day after each year for 5 years
