Fixed Income, Investment Operations - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

A boutique investment management firm, specialising in Fixed Income, serving Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), is looking for someone to join their small Investment Operations team. This role suits a junior candidate with wealth management or UHNW experience, looking to get involved in all areas of Investment Operations within a dynamic, close-knit environment. With the business being early in its journey, this role will involve multiple areas of Investment Operations, from supporting the full trade lifecycle, to trade and treasury management, and client reporting.Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Management: Ensure accurate and timely trade processing and settlements, resolve trade issues, and maintain operational data.
• Reporting: Produce accurate performance and risk reports, and address client and investment team queries.
• Treasury Management: Monitor liquidity, optimise cash flow, and assist with payments.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, maintain systems, and onboard custodians.

Requirements:

• Experience within a middle office/operational role
• Experience with multiple asset classes, including Fixed Income
• Experience in client reporting and investment team support
• Knowledge of Fixed Income products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
