Flagship Supervisor - Luxury Accessories

Role:

• Work alongside the Retail Director to manage their flagship store team to deliver a world-class end-to-end customer experience at all times.

• Ensure the seamless running of the store by working closely with our Retail Manager and HQ departments

• Support the online retail platform and create an omni-channel experience. 

• Act as a brand ambassador helping to educate and excite others 

• Be a helpful resource for customers to create lasting positive client relationships.

• Communicate and drive daily focuses to the team that balance KPIs and brand values.

Requirements:

• Relevant retail management experience.
• Self motivated and always proactive looking for opportunities and markets to promote the brand in
• Ambitious, organised, thoughtful, inquisitive and always excited to help make someone’s day.
• Excels at process and execution with a ‘no-task-too-small’ attitude.

Offering:

• Basic salary - £33,000 - £36,000
• Excellent commisson - 4% on all sales.
