Fleet Administrator
Location: Fleet, HampshireSalary: £26,000 - £29,000 DOEHours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Join our dynamic team as a Fleet Administrator and play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Management:
- Hire vehicles for new starters and specific job needs.
- Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance, including MOTs, repairs, and servicing.
- Log HGV requirements and ensure weekly inspections.
- Monitor vehicle trackers to maintain safety checklists.
Training Coordination:
- Monitor and update the training matrix, booking renewals before expiry.
- Coordinate new training for client contracts.
- Oversee new starter onboarding, including induction, training, IT setup, and PPE.
- Ensure all certificates are saved and logged accurately.
Additional Duties:
- Book hotels for staff, handle credit card payments, raise purchase orders, and assist with supplier invoice queries.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), excellent communication, and high organizational skills.
- Attributes: Diligent, highly organized, and a great communicator.
