Location: NuneatonHours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to FridaySalary: £26,505 per annum,  plus 30 days holiday, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits schemeAbout the JobAs a Fleet Maintenance Controller, your role will be to provide vehicle maintenance support to Sky engineers including liaising with garages, booking MOT and services, and arranging vehicles for new starters. Duties include:
  • Authorising work requests from garages and interrogating work requests to ensure any work that should be covered under warranty is non-chargeable
  • Updating and maintaining fleet maintenance systems.
  • Arranging the recovery of vehicles and support an engineer through any mechanical issues they have with their vehicles
  • Chasing garages for updates on vehicles to minimise vehicle downtime
  • Processing invoices and making ad-hoc credit card payments.
  • Arranging vehicle deliveries and collections
  • Checking vehicles upon delivery/collection to site from the field
  • Moving vehicles from the compound to other storage sites / garages
  • Assisting with preparing vehicles for new start engineers, this may require some outdoor working at times
  • Answering queries by phone and email
  • Raising recharges for vehicle damage 
  • Reporting using Excel/google suite
  • Auditing systems to review data being held is current
  • Other administrative duties as and when required

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Previous experience within a similar role desirable
  • Good MS Office / Google Suite skills.
  • Accurate data entry
  • Good eye for detail and able to spot errors 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
