£40,000 - £50,000 per Annum + Benefits

Our client is an established and growing business looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Fleet Manager to join their team. The role is on site 5 days a week and will report to the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Optimisation of fleet including vehicle availability and efficiency
• Ownership of fleet maintenance including vehicle servicing & MOTs
• Utilise fleet telematics and use related data to suggest improvements
• Take lead on vehicle procurement and de-fleeting where needed
• Ensure vehicle compliance in line with legislation
• Liaise with vehicle manufacturers
• Co-ordinate with partner workshops efficiently
• Generate and share fleet data and reports to wider leadership team
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve fleet performance
• Positively contribute to company ESG strategy

Skills

• Proven experience of working as a fleet manager, ideally with fleet sizes 70+ with national coverage
• Experience of using Fleet Telematics and various Transport Management Systems
• Demonstrable experience of improving fleet performance including: driver performance, MPG and fleet utilisation
• Compliance focus with strong attention to detail
• Stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels
• Commercially savvy
