As a General Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students in the classroom, ensuring that every child receives the best possible education and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students with their learning.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, adapting to their individual learning needs.
- Help with classroom organisation, preparing resources, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or other additional needs as required.
- Encourage students to participate in class activities and develop their independence.
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Assist with any general classroom duties, including managing behavior, setting up activities, and supporting students' social and emotional development.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated, flexible individual who enjoys working in an educational environment and has a strong desire to support the academic and personal growth of students. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a teaching assistant or childcare role, although this is not essential. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow within the role.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
