Are you a flights fanatic?! If so, we have an amazing opportunity to join our award winning client as a Flights and Ticketing Executive.

In this busy and varied role, you’ll be responsible for checking bookings, ensuring the very best flights have been selected and making personal recommendations where possible, looking ahead at future reservations and making adjustments to increase company margins. If you’re a forward thinker, great at finding those hidden gems and excel at building rapport, then we’d love to hear from you!

This is a full or part-time role (30hrs per week), Mon - Sun 9 - 5.30 office based / hybrid or fully remote.

Role of Flights & Ticketing Executive:

• Managing new bookings using a GDS Queue management
• Identifying and sourcing alternative flight options to increase margins
• Supporting the sales team
• Building relationships with airlines and account managers
• Performance analysis

Skills required for the role:

• Travel industry background
• Experience working with airfares and tickets
• GDS experience would be an advatage but isn't essential
• Ability to find alternative flight solutions where necessary
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
