FLT Counterbalance driver - Challenge-trg Recruitment : Job Details

We have a new and exciting opportunity for you to work on behalf of a well-established company as a full time FLT Counterbalance Driver based in Trafford Park, M32 8RA. We are looking for experienced and confident FLT Counterbalance Drivers.

Your pay rate as a FLT Counterbalance Driver:

Day shift: £12.67 per hour

Typical hours as a FLT Counterbalance Driver:

You will be working the rotational shift from 06:00 until 14:00 and 14:00 until 22:00. Shifts rotate weekly.

Your role as an FLT Counterbalance Driver:

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will be

• Moving stock into the right areas within the warehouse
• Driving a forklift
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Loading and unloading pallets from vehicles
• Other general duties may be required

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• Must have an in date RTITB or ITSSAR Accredited FLT Counterbalance driver and be able to pass a drug and alcohol assessment.
• Numerate and literate
• Excellent levels of communication both written and verbal
• Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
• Ability to build effective team relationships.
• Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy, and quality
