About the Role:We are looking for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our team at Park Farm, Wellingborough. This is a varied role with rotating shifts, where you'll be involved in a range of warehouse duties. We're seeking a reliable and proactive individual with the flexibility to support different tasks in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) for loading and unloading goods.
• Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch.
• Manual handling and lifting duties.
• General warehouse tasks, including stock management and keeping the warehouse organized and tidy.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT license (essential).
• Full UK driver's license (essential).
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with manual lifting and physical work.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work as part of a team.
