FM Lead - Based at Mossmorran
Exciting Opportunity to Lead Fabric Maintenance Efforts in a Key Energy Facility
Are you an experienced professional in Fabric Maintenance (FM) with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring safety and compliance? This role offers a chance to take charge of FM initiatives at FNGL, Mossmorran, and make a tangible impact by driving innovation, efficiency, and safety in one of the industry's most critical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to verify upcoming scopes and prepare for month-ahead schedules.
- Perform coating condition assessments, including sample adhesion testing on an ad hoc basis.
- Assure contractor QA/QC standards, including reviewing method statements, ITPs, and similar documentation.
- Review and sign off coating reports, ensuring compliance with DEP standards for coatings and insulation.
- Support the planning and execution of FM and Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) campaign scopes.
- Maintain and oversee the LSRN register.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement innovative technologies to improve processes.
- Provide regular updates to the FM database (IMS-FMA) and ensure progress is recorded accurately in SAP.
- Conduct baseline FM, CUI, and SAP Work Order (WO) surveys, ensuring correct recording of hours and measurements.
- Execute FM strategy, including performing viscosity, humidity, and DFT checks as needed.
HSEQ Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, promoting a strong culture of safety, health, and environmental awareness.
- Support simplification and standardization efforts within the Maintenance and Inspection Team.
- Actively promote safety initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, providing clear communication and standards.
- Participate in HSEQ audits and actively contribute to maintaining high standards.
- Encourage and support team members and contractors in practicing safe behaviors.
- Identify and share new working practices that could benefit operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- NACE/ICORR Level 3 certification.
- ICORR PFP & Insulation Inspection Level II qualification.
Required Experience:
- Deep knowledge of atmospheric corrosion and CUI risks, as identified in IMS and AIPSM tools.
- Proficiency with SAP and IMS systems for tracking and reporting.
