Strengthen and build relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.Sales Support:" Conduct viewings of available spaces to support sales efforts." Possess in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively communicate with potential customers.Team Collaboration:" Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations." Step up as a leader in the absence of the Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager.Marketing and Community Engagement:" Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company to both customers and the public." Assist in organizing marketing events to build communities and create new relationships with stakeholders.Desired Skills and Qualifications:" Excellent customer service skills." Ability to upsell and promote will be an advantage." Strong communication and teamwork abilities."
