Food & Beverage Assistant - Zero Hours Contract

Up to 20 hours a week, including weekends and bank holidays

Shift Pattern: 7:15 - 15:45 or 6:00 - 14:30

£11.65 p/h + SC + TIPS + Benefits

We’re looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Assistant to join our F&B team. As a key member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests across our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring their stay is truly memorable.

Attending to our guests needs, taking orders and informing guests on menu choices, you will prepare food and drinks as per company guidelines (chef/ kitchen directions) and deliver this in a timely manner to our guests, consistently delivering a high-level of customer service.

Working as a team you will ensure that there is a clean area at all times, ensure that adequate and sufficient preparation for services is followed as per department standards, replenish stock levels during service, prepare drinks and process bill payments and comply with company guidelines.

What we’re looking for:

• 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage environment as a Host or F&B Assistant, ideally in hotels or similar environment
• A natural flair for customer service and a passion for food & beverage
• Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern: early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Team-oriented attitude
• Positive and caring personality
• Professional proficiency in English
• **As part of this role involves serving alcoholic drinks you will need to be over 18 years old to apply for this position*

Desirable (not essential but a plus!):

• Experience in the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in multiple languages
• Knowledge of Miros
