From day one, you'll feel welcomed into this work family.Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Food Production Supervisor’s to grow and develop their teams.Role Responsibilities:As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, training and mentoring a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.Your responsibilities will include:

• Train staff on procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production machinery issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations
• Plan staffing workload and numbers.
• Preparation of production lines.
• Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulation.
• Oversee production processes, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments/shifts to streamline operations and enhance productivity
• Working alongside operatives to ensure targets are adhered to.
