Food Quality & Technical Coordinator | Northampton | £30,000

This role is a lovely mixture of quality & technical duties, whilst offering a Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 working pattern with weekends & bank holidays off!

It also features a great blend of office & factory work - perfect for those who want to take a step away from a fully factory-based role, or those who get bored sat at a desk all day.

The business is well-known for their premium product selection and their impressive range of customers. The site is a decent size too, with enough work to keep you busy but not so large that you become "just a number".

The role will involve managing audit schedules & adherence to standards with the factory teams, whilst observing KPI performance, customer complaints & traceability from your office.

What will you need?

• Experience within quality/technical within food production - essential
• Ability to understand customer specifications
• High level of English language ability, spoken & written
• Excellent communication skills
