As a Food Technician, you will play a key role in assisting teachers and students during food technology lessons. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that lessons run smoothly. You'll also be involved in promoting a safe and hygienic environment in the kitchen, supporting students as they develop their culinary skills.

• Prepare, organize, and set up ingredients and equipment for food technology classes
• Assist teachers and students during practical lessons
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food storage areas
• Maintain and monitor stock levels of ingredients and equipment
• Support students with safe kitchen practices and reinforce classroom rules

• Experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to work well with students and support the teaching staff effectively
• Enthusiasm for working in an educational setting
