Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Food Technology teacher in delivering practical lessons, adapting tasks for SEN students.
• Assist SEN students during cooking tasks, ensuring safety standards and individual learning needs are met.
• Set up and organise classroom materials and kitchen equipment for practical lessons.
• Work collaboratively with the SEN department to personalise learning and provide tailored support.
• Monitor and document student progress, working closely with teaching staff to track development.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a secondary school setting.
• Proven experience working with SEN students in a classroom or practical learning environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols in a kitchen setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Team player with a passion for supporting SEN students.
