Job Title: Counterbalance Driver

Location: Stanford Le Hope

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Counterbalance Driver to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods.
• Transport materials to designated areas in the warehouse.
• Ensure the safe and efficient movement of products.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Manual handballing of goods 
• Moving oversized and large lengths of material

Requirements:

• 5-tonne counterbalance forklift licence.
• Proven experience as a counterbalance driver within a similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
